I understand that it is hard without a firm understanding of german. I don't think there exists a single book that fits what you look for, but I urge you to look on the internet for other explanations for terms and concepts that are difficult to understand. Sometimes there is a video or some other lecture notes or a Wikipedia article that helps you understand. There are a lot of different books and lecture notes, none will follow exactly the topics and notation that we use here. For example, this and this seem decent, but they don't cover all the topics we cover here and on other topics they go much further. So in the end it might be easier again to work through the lecture notes here on Wikiversity and look up all the terms that you don't know. You should try out different approaches until you find one that works for you.
