Das Foto selbst wurde als konkludent gemeinfrei lizensiert, das ist durch den Urheber möglich. Das Foto auf einem der Buchrücken ist Beiwerk, die restlichen Buchrücken weisen keine Schöpfungshöhe auf. Die Logos weisen ebenfalls keine Schöpfungshöhe auf. Ich empfehle, dieses Bild nicht nach Commons zu verschieben, da dort die Schöpfungshöhe (zu Recht) anders als bei uns gesehen wird. Zur Löschbegründung „book are under Copyright...“ - es gibt in Kontinentaleuropa kein Copyright. In Continental Europe Copyright no exist, because this the Books not are protected. --RalfR 19:42, 12. Ralf alludes to the difference between "Copyright" and "Droits d'auteur"/"Urheberrecht". But I think for all practical purposes we can ignore these minor differences. (Ralf, für praktische Belange ist die Unterscheidung Urheberrecht/Copyright doch wohl irrelevant. Ich jedenfalls gehe davon aus, dass mit "Copyright" einfach "Droits d'auteur" gemeint ist, wenn es um kontinentaleuropäische Werke geht.) But I agree with Ralf that under German "Urheberrecht" the backs of these books do not meet the threshold of originality. (Ich stimme Ralf aber zu, dass die Buchrücken wohl keine Schöpfungshöhe aufweisen, die einen urheberrechtlichen Schutz begründen würde.) Lupo 12:09, 13. Dez. 2009 (CET)

I am the photographer of the image, and if I broke any law, I would be very pleased if it was removed. However, if a photo of a bunch of several backs of books already was a copyright infringement, I'd really wonder what pictures could actually be taken and published...
