Suppose that $\mathrm{Syz}(f_1,\dots ,f_n)$ is strongly semistable. Then

$R_m\subseteq I^{\ast }\text{ for }m\ge \frac{\sum d_i}{n-1}\text{ and (for almost all prime numbers) }{R}_m\cap I^{\ast }\subseteq I\text{ for }m<\frac{\sum d_i}{n-1}.$
